We are trying for 2nd baby, fertility consultation has not worked?
Hi Im 35 and my husband is 39years old. I have 7year old son. We are trying for 2nd baby since last 4 years.Since last year I have been consulting a fertility specialist. I have done blood test-AMH level is 2.8. HSG test is normal. My husbands sperm count is 12 million. After repeated follicular study I couldnt conceive, hence tried 2 cycles of IUI which have been unsuccessful. What could be the reason for me not conceiving?
You husband test say 12 milion any number between 10 milion and 20 is like boarder line this means u need to provide detailed information on mobility and morphology

Actually your husband’s semen are fewer than normal range and he needs further treatment and andrologist consultation .

sperm counts more than 40-50 million are ideal and i see that your husband has low sperm levels.
this is the reason for not concieveing.

12 million sperms is too low on count. it does not mean impotency but chances of you getting pregnant with so low sperm count is less likely.
he needs a consultation with doctor and increase his sperm count for positive results.
