1. You should go to the ER ..your blood pressure medications needs adjustments later after checking your heart condition.

   You should consult your doctor to lower you drugs doses until then go to the ER as 80/50 is an emergency

   Regular blood pressure measurement and to write down a diary for at least 4 days of your blood pressure reading at morning and at night to be handed to your doctor

   No home treatment or dose alteration of your blood pressure medication should be done and you should immediately consult your Physician or an Emergency room and get evaluated as it can be a medical emergency..
   You should stay under their supervision for at least 2-3 days so that they can adjust the dose of your medication, check your cardiac function and once the blood pressure comes in normal range you can be sent back home..
