This is called static Macrodactyly
First u need and x ray which then will determine the next step which can range from modified shoe to surgical procedure ( in early age but not in infants )
From the picture you uploaded you may need a Shortening Procedures
Hi and thanks for posting your question to question doctor
In her age there will almost be no surgery until 7-8 years old but a mefuxsl shoe and physiotherapy can be the treatment of choice at this time.
she is too young to get surgical correction done.
At present, get her toes Xray done to see for the underlying bones.
physiotherapy and deformity corrective massage can be helpful at this age.
THIS IS A CONGENITAL DEFORMITY AND NEEDS SURGICAL REPAIR AT A LATER STAGE.
AGE SHOULD BE ATLEAST 2 YEARS TO TOLERATE ANESTHESIA.
CONSULT A PAEDIATRIC SURGEON.
the deformity doesn’t seem to be much severe.
many such deformities get corrected by simple massage manouvers daily after breast feeding.
only after 1 year you can think of surgical correction.
