1. In my opinion you have an allergic reaction , i recommend that you wash it with alot of water , then use
   corticosteroid creams

2. In my opinion it is allergic eczema
   Apply a nonprescription steroid cream (hydrocortisone) along with anti-itching lotion (menthol/camphor, such as calamine). The cream must be applied as often as possible without skipping days until the rash is gone.
   Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) in pill form may be taken for the itching. Caution – you should not take this medication if you need to drive a car or operate machinery, as it will make you sleepy.
   Clean the area with a hypoallergenic soap every day. Apply lubricating cream or lotion after washing.

   however,secondary fungal infection also needs a consideration.
   apply local anti-fungal and anti histaminic creams.
   there is nothing much to worry about.
   you should be fine in a few days.

   THIS SEEMS TO BE A ALLERGIC REACTION.THE RASH ALSO SEEMS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SURROUNDING SWELLING.
   KEEP THE LEG ELEVATED,APPLY LOCAL ANTI ALLERGIC CREAMS.
   DO NOT APPLY ANYTHING WARM.

   its a kind of viral skin infection.
   apply local creams. Do not itch,scratch or apply anything warm.
   anti inflammatory and anti histaminic tablets will offer much of a relief.
