  1. It is not dislocating every movement..it is just sublaxating due to ligament laxity…your joint capsules is weak and the muscles surrounding needs strengthening exercises..try this for about 3months before thinking about surgery..you can do a MRI to know the status of the ligaments..

  2. hi
if you had your first dislocation (1 year ago ) due to fall/trauma,then these recent episodes indicate a recurrent dislocation of shoulder. this usually occurs due to inadequately treated 1st dislocation.
you should still get an mri of shoulder done to see if there is any residual defect in the capsule of the shoulder joint.
    thanks

  3. hello there
if you can move your arm with no pain, then just by doing muscle building exercises, you should be fine. avoid lifing heavy weights or sleeping on that shoulder. avoid doing strenous activities that involve lifting of shoulder above 90 degrees

  4. HI
MOSTLY THESE CASES OF RECURRENT DISLOCATION SHOULDER NEED TO BE EVALUATED FURTHER BY DOING AN MRI TO SEE FIR ANY DAMAGE TO THE CAPSULE OF SHOULDER JOINT. MOSTLY THESE NEED TO BE REPAIRED SURGICALLY. .ESPECIALLY ARTHOSCOPICALLY
