My father has heart disease and kidney problems and skin disease?

My father 85 years old.
He has a skin disease and hand swollen after taking the Zinnat 250mg.
My father has heart disease and kidney problems.
What would the likely hood coz this skin problem and what I suppose to do now.?
In my opinion nothing is abnormal he clearly have clot formations and poor circulation due to age kidney and heart problems

this skin condition is not at all related to his heart or kidney problems.
its a normal skin pigmentation that occurs due to old age .
give him vitamin E tablets for one month

The image looks nothing abnormal. The skin appears so due to clot formations, sagging skin and reduced blood circulation due to his kidney and heart disease. Keep a look out for excessive swelling though.

this may happen due to pigmentation issues related to the skin. consult a skin specialist. application of aloe vera gel can be helpful.
anti oxidant tablets can be used along with it
