My blood tests came back abnormal, how can I correct this?
I recently got these test numbers back and they didn’t fall into the required range. Hemoglobin 11.5, Hematocrit 36.6, MCH26.1, and MCHC 31.4. How serious is this and how can I change or improve these numbers?
hi
as your hemoglobin is good, there is nothing to worry about. There are minor variations in the other component values but its not serious for sure.
you can take hematinics, multi vitamin tablets.
eat healthy, lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
repeat the tests after 3 weeks and see the changes.
if its not improving, consult a hematologist. thanks
Hi…
No need to worry these results are a bit lower than normal range and can be treated simply by getting enough Iron and vitamin b12 which can be treated with eating foods reach in Iron and b12 vitamin..
some examples:
Egg plant,Dates,Liver,spinach,sugarcane molasses, avocado,green leafy vegetables(dark ones),egg,Meat and poultry.
Regards
HI
THESE ARE SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN NORMAL LEVELS. NOT GROSSLY ABNORMAL. HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS FOOD WITH VITAMIN AND IRON SUPPLEMENTS WILL GET THE LEVELS WITHIN NORMAL RANGE IN A FEW DAYS
