   I HAVE GONE THROUGH YOUR QUESTION AND THE PHOTOGRAPH..

   ITS DIFFICULT FOR THE WOUND TO HEAL WITH JUST DRESSINGS DUE TO ITS LARGE SIZE.

   THE EXTRA BASE OF THE WOUND POPPING OUT OF THE SKIN LEVELS NEEDS TO BE CUT OFF AND THE WOUND NEEDS TO BE CLOSED BY SKIN GRAFTING.
