unfortunately yes it is legg-perthes-calve disease ,consult the orthopedist for the treatment options of either surgical,orthotic or non treatment according to the age of the patient..

Hi,yes, its Perthe’s disease (avascular necrosis of femoral head epiphysis),stage 2-3.
It is irreversible and natural remodelling is usually impossible at this stage.
Needs surgery at a later age.
At present,hip abduction splints with vitamin D and calcium will help.
