In severe pain in my lower back and legs, had MRI, what does it mean, what should I do?

I am 18 years old and in severe pain in my lower back and legs. I was wondering if someone could explain these MRI findings for me and explain what my next step should be.
L4-L5-There is moderate right neural foraminal stenosis related contribution from a right eccentric disc bulge with probable right foraminal disc protrusion. There is mild left neural foraminal stenosis due to disc bulge. There is a broad central disc protrusion, which narrows both lateral recesses, left more than right. The central canal remains patent.
L5-S1- There is mild left neural foraminal stenosis. The right neural foramen is patent. There is a small central disc protrusion with annular fissure. The central canal is patent.
