I was diagnosed with C.difficile?
I had a sigmoidoscopy performed and was diagnosed with C.difficile. Pain developed in left side after procedure. After treatment 3 week treatment of Vancomycin for C.difficile pain disappeared but then returned two weeks later?
What can have caused this?

Medications: Vancomycin
It is relevant to provide the results of the sigmoidoscopy. Maybe IBS or IBD. stool culture sensitivity and calprotectin test is recommended.
