I haven’t had a period for 4 months?
I am 23 years old. I haven’t had a period since August 28, 2016. Since then I have had sore breast, nausea, slight cramping, a thick white discharge, increased sense of smell, weight gain, and recently little flutters in my stomach. I’ve taken over 10 HPT and one blood test, all negative. I normally have a six pack but now my stomach is hard and in the shape of a small basketball. I’m getting concerned and want to know if low or no hcg levels is possible and if I’m pregnant or what else could be wrong.
Do an ultrasound to check for pregnancy
Then you need to check your pituitary gland , and thyroid gland , both can cause your symptoms
I recommend you see an endocrinologist
Also too much exercise can cause this but not for 4 month
In my opinion your symptoms are either of pregnancy or pcos ..
Ultrasound will reveal the situation..
Redo the bhcg test in another lab also for confirmation.
this is not possible without pregnancy unless you have a severe hormonal disturbance in your body.
get a usg of abdomen done to confirm presence of fertilised ovum.
ectopic pregnancy needs consideration.
consult a gynecologist.
PREGNANCY IS MORE LIKELY.
IF ALL TESTS ARE NEGATIVE,USG WILL CONFIRM.
CONSULT A OBSTETRICIAN AT THE EARLIEST
has to be pregnancy.
get b-hcg test done in another laboratory.
usg of abdomen will also help localise the ovum inside the uterus.
Pregnancy test is diagnostic
As your provisional diagnosis for the delayed menses and PICA is suggesting pregancy
If not , go for pelviabdominal US for ruling out PCO , also do hormonal check up, LH , FSH, progesterone and testesterone, T3 , T4 and TSH …
