I have “tennis elbow” thinking of using Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP)?
I am an avid tennis player but have developed “tennis elbow” over years of playing. I am thinking of using Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) to help with this problem. What is your opinion on PRP?

PRP is a promising procedure involving collecting Platelets from your own blood and injecting them – along with some Plasma – back into your elbow. Success rate varies depending on the quality of Platelets and individual patients. Studies are not 100% conclusive. There are no adverse effects to PRP injections. So PRP along with Physical Therapy is a good option. Therapy should include heat compresses, stretching and hands-on manipulation of muscles and tendons.
