  1. hi
you seem to be suffering from vitamin and calcium deficiency, leading to overall low immunity. eat plenty of fruits, green leafy vegetables.
    protein supplements will help.

methycobal, calcium tablets with analgesics can be used temporarily, depending on symptoms
    thanks

  2. HI
THE TINGLING AND PAIN IN YOUR LOWER LIMBS MAY BE DUE TO NERVE COMPRESSION IN THE LUMBAR SPINE. THE CAUSE MAY BE A PROLAPSED INTERVERTEBRAL DISC. GET AN MRI OF LUMBAR SPINE DONE.
TAKE ANALGESICS AND ANTACIDS FOR HEADACHES

  3. hello there
this is not related to your nervous system. some nerves in your legs are deficient in vitamins like B12. so, B12 supplements with olive oil application for lower limbs will be helpful. take symptomatic treatment for other symptoms. avoid taking more medicines. concentrate more on back exercises
    and stretching exercises

  4. Hi
You seem to be having defeicient vitamin b complex and b12…and somewhere in your back compressed vertebrae as the tingling starts only with weight bearing…
Use hot packs on your lower back.
Do bridging exercise for back muscles.
    Lose any abdominal fat.
Take green leafy vegetables and poultry
