  1. Hi
Numbness in neck is not of much concern, but hard neck pulse in the neck region is definitely something to be concerned about. It may be related to your carotid artery pressure. Get your heart rate, peripheral pulse, blood pressure monitored and get an ecg done. Do consult a ER.
    Thanks

  2. HI
I DO NOT THINK IT IS ANYTHING TO BE MUCH OF A CONCERN. IT MAY BE DUE TO VARIATIONS IN YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE THAT ARE USUALLY BENIGN AND TEMPORARY. A CAROTID ARTERY ANGIOGRAM SHOULD FIND OUT IF ANYTHING IS WRONG IN THE NECK REGION WHICH COULD CAUSE HARD PULSE IN NECK

  3. hello there
certain intra thoracic or neck pathologies are known to cause such symptoms. Aortic or carotid body aneurysms are more likely. These can be confirmed by an angiogram. Get the ear examined from a ent specialist. neck numbness can be treated with neck exercises and local gel applications

  4. Hi and welcome to careproper.com
I think it is not a big matter but anyway you can get angiography for your carotid arteries and a regular blood pressure measure..
Your ear numbness and neck may be just due to anxeity and worrying…
