I have had this rash for about 2-3 months now?
I am a 25 year old female. Physical therapy student, with no significant medical history. Not taking any medications. I have had this rash for about 2-3 months now. I typically get a couple small, super dry spots on my skin every winter, but this year those small spots grew much bigger. They are extremely itchy and have been keeping me up at night. Sometimes they are painful. I have been using Eucerin eczema relief which has sort of helped, but it’s still getting worse.

This looks like an allergic dermatitis …hydrocortisone 1% cream, or prescription creams and ointments containing corticosteroids, antihistamines to lessen severe itching, tar treatments (chemicals designed to reduce itching), phototherapy (therapy using ultraviolet light applied to the skin), and the drug cyclosporine if it did not respond to other treatments..

THIS IS NOT ECZEMA. ITS A FUNGAL INFECTION. APPLY ANTI FUNGAL CREAMS WITH STEROID CONTENT.
DO NOT APPLY ANYTHING WARM. ANTI HISTAMINIC TABLETS TAKEN IN CONJUNCTION WILL HELP.
