I have boils all over my scalp and I could see pus coming out of it?
Hello there!
I’m 18 and a female. I have boils all over my scalp and I could see pus coming out of it. I consulted many doctors and they said it is due immune deficiency. Quite often it (boils) gets lesser and dissappears but at the initial days of menstrual cycle it starts. It gives me severe pain that even if I try to rest my head on a pillow, it’s unbearable. Kindly please help me with a solution to get rid of this permanently.

You can use Indian lilac , black seed,turmeric and warm cloth foments.
They can work as antiseptic and analgesics at the same time..

In my opinion you need to get ride of the cause to be able to get ride of the boils
So i recommend anti nuclear antibody profile +Rh factor and C reactive protein tests

this may be due to high oestrogen surge occuring due to hormonal variations that are expected at your age.
wash your face regularly with clean water and cleansing solutions.
aloe vera gel and vitamin E tablets will help .

It could be
1- hormonal or autoimmune cause and you can use in such case warm compresses
2- due to dandruff, if you do have .. start using antidandruff shampoos containing antifungal agents such as ketoconazole or ciclopirox are sometimes helpful.
3- if it is bacterial .. try to make your doctor take swab to check .. and antibiotics will be helpful in such case. E.g topical antibiotics eg fusidic acid gel, clindamycin solution, erythromycin solution.. mild topical steroid lotions or creams .. oral antihistaminesif there is itching
