I have asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Erectile dysfunction (ED)
Hi my name is (…) and I have a problem with not being able to get an erection I have asthma and copd it as been going on for months now and it’s really frustrating what can I do I am 54 years old and not really in good health I really need help
Erectile dysfunction has many causes that needs to be assessed first ..
Do you have blood pressure disorder ?
HyperCholesterolemia?
Stress or anxiety?
Obesity?
Diabetes?
The treatment depends on the cause..

I assume you are on steroids to treat COPD , so i recommend you ask your doctor to replace them or stop them , i also need testosterone levels test

ED in your case mainly seems due to ? steroids that you may be taking for COPD.
other reasons like stress,anxiety,low testosterone levels also need a consideration.
get spirometry done for assessing lung function.
consult a andrologist for ED.
try stopping steroids (if u take )
