1. hi,
   the fibroid seems to be small in size and there is no need for removal of uterus at present.
   At the most ,you may need a D&C to clear off the fibroid lesion.
   herbal , ayurvedic treatment also can help to some extent.
   Consult a gynecologist and start on appropriate medicines.
   Do not be in a hurry to get the uterus removed.

2. In my opinion you do not need to remove the uterus , you can remove the tumor itself if it is causing symptoms..
   Keep doing regular follow up for monitoring the size and nature of the tumor..

3. Uterine fibroid embolization is a good choice but pregnancy is rare after it..

   If you are post menopause then I recommend hormonal replacement to shrink the fibroid, if you are premenopause then only option is surgery

   Hystroscppic resection is also a good option with no need for hystrectomy
