Question: I have an anxiety problem?
I HAVE AN ANXIETY PROBLEM AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I’M SHAKING, NOT EATING, NERVOUS ALL THE TIME AND VERY JUMPY. I’M WEARY TO TALK TO PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW, AND THOSE I DO I SEEM TO BE PUSHING AWAY. I LIVE IN CYPRUS AND WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO PAY PRIVATE CARE THERE IS NO HELP AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
u need counselling and a treatment for anxiety.
u should see a doctor first, preferably a psychiatrist and take anti anxiety drugs
You need counselling. If no professional services are available to you, look for some free service
or help. Some medical conditions like anemia or thyroid problems can also cause anxiety. Have that checked out by an MD or local health care provider.
yes, i agree. get blood tests especially thyroid done to see any derangements in the blood elevels. so that they can be treated by appropriate medicines
