  1. I can only speak for myself, but I had three children after having one ovary damaged by endometriosis.

  2. Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
Removing an ovary could affect future fertility and reduce the possibility to conceive only in case the other ovary is unhealthy..
So no big need to worry you just need to stick to a healthy weight and fat free diet and exercise regularly…

  3. hi
You still have one ovary intact and thats enough for you to concieve. Even if this kidney also has a pcos, you still can get it treated and get pregnant. Having irregular periods is expected after removal of one ovary. You can get a recent abdominal scan done right now to assess the functioning of the ovary.Destress yourself by yoga nd meditation

  4. HI
1 OVARY REMOVED WONT CAUSE COMPLETE INFERTILITY. BUT IT WILL DEFINITELY REDUCE THE FERTILITY CHANCES BY 50 %. YOU SHOULD GET A USG OF ABDOMEN DONE AND A HORMONAL ASSAY DONE TO SEE IF THE OTHER OVARY IS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. HAVING SEX DURING YOUR MOST FERTILE PERIOD WILL HELP YOU GET PREGNANT

  5. HI
THATS WHAT WE MEAN . IF THE OTHER OVARY IS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY,YOU CAN ALWAYS CONCIEVE ANYTIME

  6. hello there
as long as your other ovary doesnt have any diseases like pcos, endometriosis, there shouldn’t be any issues for you be fertile and concieving. However, general health issues, stress etc can affect your fertility. keep yourself relaxed and keep exercising
