  1. Vaginal bleeding after sex occurs most often in younger, premenopausal women and doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to see a doctor
in premenopausal women, the source of vaginal bleeding after sex is usually the cervix — the narrow, lower end of the uterus. Even with a completely healthy cervix, enough friction or mild trauma during sexual intercourse can cause some bleeding. Inflammation of the cervix or some other abnormality, most of which are harmless, can also result in bleeding. Sometimes, though, vaginal bleeding after sex is a sign of a sexually transmitted infection.

so no need to worry unless it lasts more than a day or more few hours in form of light bleeding … not a massive one (this one needs hospitalization)

  2. hi
if you were a virgin and had sex the first time, then surely the tear is related to the membrane in the cervical region. it is followed by vaginal bleeding and this is common.

if this is not the first time you had sex, then this may be due to rough sex or hormonal withdrawal bleeds. a softened vaginal endometrium can also cause it.
if the bleed doesnt stop till tomorow, do consult a gynecologist.
    thanks

  3. HI
THIS MAY BE BECAUSE OF ROUGH SEX OR A FRAGILE VAGINAL MUCOSA. U CAN TAKE TABLETS LIKE PAUSE TO STOP BLEEDING INSTANTLY. IF IT DOESNT STOP THEN GET A USG ABDOMEN AND TRANSVAGINAL SCAN DONE

  4. My wife has similar issues almost everytime we have intercourse. Did an ultrasound scan and all it said was that “features are consistent with cul-de-sac fluid
