  1. hi
if you have been diagnosed of having pancreatitis, then you should get admitted in hospital.
    get necessary treatment .
    do repeat tests and usg.
just because the pain is gone, does not mean that you are cured.
    thanks

  2. HI
IF THE PAIN HAS SUBSIDED COMPLETELY,THEN I GUESS YOU SHOULD GET THE PANCREATIC AMYLASE LEVELS CHECKED AGAIN.
    CHECK FOR TUMOR MARKERS.
DEPENDING UPON THE REPORTS DECISION OF GETTING ADMITTED CAN BE TAKEN.

  3. hello there
1400 level is significant and i would suggest admission under medical supervision at the earliest even if there is no pain.
take necessary antibiotics iv fluids .
    take care

  4. Having a high lipase level is an indicator of many disorders …pancreatitis is one of them..
Your pain in the upper right abdomen may indicate the cause of acute pancreatitis which could be a gall stone..
An abdominal usg is important to show what’s going on unusual and hospital admission is important or at least medical treatment must be considered to treat the inflammation as it may complicate with injury to other organs or becomes chronic irreversible damage of pancreas.
    Hope this helps you..
    Thanks

  5. Have you used corticosteroids , asprin ,codeine or morphine
    Lately ?
If not i recomment doing further investigation and taking it seriously

Notice some cases of acute pancreatitis heal on its own
Try to confirm this is the case

    Good Luck
