I had an MRI for shoulder pain, what should be my next steps?

Pain in shoulder. While lifting shoulder up and hands up. This started when I fell down in snow on mountains. My age is 48 I’m male dibateic always controlled take medicine Glizzid. I have got x-ray done but no external injury I was advised to get MRI done which I have got done and want opinion what should be my next steps based on my report.

    You next step will be surgical reattachment of suprapinatus tendon then the step after that should be physical therapy

    There is clear indication of post traumatic finding..
    Supraspinatus tendon is damaged or torn..
    This needs surgical correction..
    Consult an Orthopedic Surgeon and get evaluated..
    As of now avoid lifting weight or over-exertion..
