I had an accident, do I have a concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or a whiplash injury?
Hi Doctor…i had a side crash car accident 3 months ago and i was the driver all air bags opened…i started having symptoms 7 days after the crash pressure in the head difficulty moving slurred speech blurred vision headaches and nausea….on day 10 i had like a mini stroke went to ER ct scan of brain came normal and so was my MRI…doctor said ut was a concussion…the strike like symptoms did last for few minutes …since then i am not feeling normal and i experience symptoms all the time…do i have a concussion or a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or a whiplash injury i am confused and how long do i need to recover

The symptoms that you have explained can be of TBI ..
You should get rechecked with CT Scan, MRI, Intracranial pressure monitoring, Glasgow coma scale etc..
Better see a Neurophysician..
Time of recovery will depend upon severity of injury..
