I’m a 41 years old female and I found a weird looking mole on my breast. I didn’t have this mole and it seems to be growing fast. Should I be concern? Could it be skin cancer?

i don’t feel its any type of cancer.
it can be a simple mole of a epidermal lesion.
consult a dermatologist.
application of local cream will help.

KEEP A WATCH ON ITS SIZE AND SHAPE.
AGGRESSIVE GROWTH ASSOCIATED WITH PAIN CAN BE CAUSED BY MALIGNANT MOLES
My opinion it is not a type of skin cancer..
I think you should watch it for some time..if it grows in size or changes in shape you must then see a dermatologist ..
Does not look like much but if you are sure it is growing then you can suspect basal cell carcinoma , i suggest going to a dermatologist
