I feel worn out, can’t sleep, nauseous and cold?
Hi I’m an 18 year old female and I’ve never had any health problems of any kind before. I’m wondering what’s wrong and if I should go to the doctors. I have been having diarrhea for about two weeks and felt very worn out and not been able to sleep. I also keep feeling like I want to vomit after I eat and slightly dizzy (I haven’t thrown up though). Also I have felt freezing for the past week or so even though my flatmates have said they are roasting. Should I be worried? Thanks
