I’m a 59 year old male. I had prostrate surgery due to enlargement. Not cancer, question is when I have sex I can’t produce sperm. Is this normal after surgery or do I have a blockage.

Yes it is a very common complication after prostate enlargement surgery
I recommend you see your doctor
Good luck
It is normal and common..
It usually should not persist long time …
Is there any fluids that comes out when you have sex or just nothing at all?
hi
it does happen after prostate surgery.
usually temporary effects, you should get back to normal soon.
take high protein diet
thanks
HI
QUITE NORMAL TO HAVE IT FOR A FEW MONTHS AFTER PROSTATE SURGERY.
RECOVERY HOWEVER DEPENDS ON YOUR AGE,IMMUNITY AND THE EXTENT TO WHICH PROSTATE TISSUE WAS REMOVED
hello there
can be normal ,but not always.
stress anxiety also can be sometimes responsible.
stress management and yoga can help
get sperm counts checked.
