I am having some symptoms that are beginning to worry me, please advise?
I am having some symptoms that are beginning to worry me. I have been fatigued more so than ever before, there is blood in my urine, I have lower back pains, as well as nausea when I eat anything except bread and crackers. I have started having some severe migraines, as well as just headaches, every day. On top of all of that, I have had swelling in my feet and ankles. This has been going on for about 3 weeks.

That could be UTI with or without ascending infection to the kidney i recommend doing a urine culture and us on the kidney,ureters .

You have signs of kidney problems, I recommend doing urine analysis, urine culture , GFR and kidneys ultrasound

Get a ln ultrasound done along with renal function tests and urine culture done.
