I always feel tired when wake up in the morning, my eyes feel like a lead?
i am 29 years old and female. i always feel tired when wake up in the morning, my eyes feel like a lead. Sometimes feels so tired that i don’t realize the whole day has passed. Big appetite, always hungry. Sleep 6 hours a day or more but still tired. my brain feel like in haze. Sweat a lot. My hands are dry but my face and whole body is wet because of sweat. i tested for hyperthyroid before, took medication and my tsh level went back normal. But my symptoms didn’t go away. The doctor tested my blood three more times but the result was normal. i cannot tolerate heat. my hands always feel like they’re burning up. i just want to know is it normal to feel this tired
They could be another reason for this condition, chronic fatigue syndrome or anxiety, overstress, I would go for consulting your Pcp to take symptomatic treatment
Your symptoms refers to a problem with your thyroid but if you have repeatedly done the test with normal values ,hence , it can be just due to anxiety which often causes similar symptoms…
I recommend redoing the test, and starting some type of yoga, meditation , exercise ..
The symptoms are due to thyroid problem but if it is not ruled out then neurological problems, nutritional deficiencies or simply stress can be a cause..
Consult an Endocrinologist or Neurophysician and get re-examined..
Hope this helps..
As of now you should start taking Vitamin B complex supplements, take nutritious foods, drink plenty of water, do moderate workout and take sufficient rest.
This is completely psychological , you must be under constant stress
I recommend that you see a psychiatrist
