Fractured my l3 and l4 vertebrae, rods have fractured, will they need to be replaced?

I was in a motor vehicle accident in 2001. Fractured my l3 and l4 vertebrae. I had Harrington rods, screws and bone from my hip fused from l1 to s1. My rods have fractured. Will they need to be replaced or simply removed? Pain is a constant 7 even with strong pain medicine. I’m scared to see a Neuro. Any advice I will attach a current xray.
Age:36
Male
Medications: Morphine

    My opinion you should see a neurosurgeon as these rods and screws can be loose enough to cause complications ..

    The rods and screws should be replaced..
    Consult a Spine surgeon or a Neurosurgeon..
