For over a year my urine has smelled of sulphur?
I’m 44 for over a year my urine has smelled of sulfur i keep getting macrobid 100mg it never stops this smell ive positive results for e coli in bladder but sometimes urine tests test negative even though symptoms are still there my lower back bottom of spine kills i feel beyond exhausted i keep getting confused can hardly eat the same smell seems to be in nose all of the time I’ve been tested for kidney function this time came back fine this just isn’t goin away ive even excepted i wont have another partner my children have even said my sweat smells bad if they lie on my bed or anything i seem to be consumed in this smell

If there is no infection in kidneys or urethera then get a urine culture…
Usually it is due to benign cause like certain foods as onions and garlic..increase the vegetables with your meals. Increase the fish and decrease the chicken and harsher meats and definitely no burgers or processed meat. Drink more water to flush whatever’s in your system. Do some light exercise in the morning and squeeze some lemon in hot water for tea to give your system a boost .
Drink lots of water keep hydrated and NEVER hold your pee also suggest using amoxycillin to your doctor
Also consider other possibilities like Rectal fistula
as the pain area strongly suggest it

this can be due to chronic cystitis.
consult a urologist and get urine culture done.
a retrograde cystoscopy examination will be helpful to rule out other conditions.

THIS CAN HAPPEN DUE TO LOW FLUID INTAKE AND AN ASSOCIATED LOW GRADE INFECTION.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER DAILY, GET URINE EXAMINED.

this can occur due to improper diet. try changing the food that you eat. eat more of fresh fruits and salads. drink large amount of water. get urine culture done for organisms.
