I am experiencing a sharp pain upper abdomen on the right side with a tight swelled up stomach. Experiencing pain at that spot when I move alot and a little when I breathe?

  1. It looks like you are probably suffering from a liver or pancreas related problem.
    You need to get that checked out now. You require a USG/CT abdomen, LFTs and Pancreatic amylase tests.
