I am suffering from Epigastric pain…what’s wrong?

I am 20 and I have bloated abdomen feeling for months especially at night, and if i cant pass out the gas it will cause pain in my upper abdomen (in epigastric). usually the next morning I’ll have loose stool. sometimes it last for a week then I am having a normal bowel movement the next week. it seems like eating milk trigger this bloating but I’m not sure myself. Whats wrong with my digestion ?

  1. an upper gastro intestinal endoscopy will give a clear idea if there are any variations in the mucosal lining of the gut that may be causing the problem. spicy foods may some times be a reason for such mucosal erosions.
abdominal exercises and yoga may alleviate your symptoms to a large extent
    thanks

  2. May be lactose intolerance….cut out it out from your diet and see how you feel. If no change, I would then look at wheat – gluten intolerance and see how that works

  3. HI..YOU ARE RIGHT, YOU HAVE A DIGESTION ISSUE CAUSING GASEOUS PROBLEMS.
take probiotic tablets and antacids at night.
