Research shows Marijuana helps in treating pain related to chronic terminal illnesses. But to my knowledge there has not yet been any research specifically targeted to ovarian cysts either in reducing the size of ovarian cysts or in the pain associated with ovarian cysts.. Ovarian cysts usually are treated with hormone medications or, if severe, with surgery. At this point in time it is best you consult with your Doctor and chose proven medical treatments for ovarian cysts.
