Hello, when I go to the washroom there is blood when passing stools in the toilet bowl. Just wondering what it can be. I have no pain whatsoever.

Blood in stools can be caused by either Hemorrhoids, Anal Fissures or Polyps/Tumors in the colon.
You will need to first consult your Doctor to see if it is external – Hemorrhoids or Anal Fissures and, if necessary, see a Gastroenterologist and get a Colonoscopy done.
