Been having digestive problems for over a year. Constipation or not feeling completely empty after bowel movements?

Been having digestive problems for over a year. Constipation or not feeling completely empty after bowel movements. Food sensitivities to soy wheat and diary. Stomach and guts feel inflamed and sore. Anxious feelings and can’t relax. Headaches and head tension. Lacking mental clarity. Lower back pain upon awakening. Tired and lethargic. Almost depressed like feelings because I never feel good. Have tried enzymes, apple cider vinegar with no improvement. Have tried multiple doctors who want to give me anxiety meds instead of diagnosing.

  1. Hi,
Your problem is clear and your diagnosis is between your lines,
You have gluten sensitivity and Irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety…
Your treatment should focus mainly on
    Relaxation and yoga.
    Practice exercise regularly.
    Avoid foods with gluten.
Avoid all foods that irritates your colon,
Using coloverin D tablets can help well.
Drinking plenty of water and eating fat free food.
    Lose extra weight.
There is no one treatment for you nd do not ever depend on medicatioms for long time as they will not help much as it is a chronic problem.

  2. Hi
What medication have you tried for constipation, did you try lactulose? Can you do a stool culture?
Doing cardiovascular exercise on daily basis can help much.
I will wait for your reply
    Good Luck

  3. Hi..
The main problem is stress and anxiety..
It can cause a number of digestive and other problems..
First of all start doing meditation and yoga..
Walk regularly, ear in small portions at regular intervals..
If you are sensitive to certain foods avoid them till you become stable..
If there is too much constipation you can try stool softeners and plenty of fibres..
    Drink plenty of water..

If the symptoms does not get better consult a Gastroenterologist and get an Endoscopy done.

    Regards..
