18 year old with asthma, acid reflux, allergies. Been having chest pains for quite some time now, the pains aren’t bad and don’t last too long, usually on the left side, also pain in left shoulder blade has been occurring more, again pain isn’t bad
In my opinion you are experiencing splenomegaly , you should have a CBC test to check your lymphocyte count , also ultrasound to confirm
Most likely due to long term use of asthmatic drugs

Obviously your pain is due to acid reflux ..if you are not on a treatment..try ganaton 59mg before meals 3times and avoid fatty and salty food..caffeine and chocolate.

acid reflux causes chest pain. this pain causes radiating pain to shoulder blades.
take antacids with prebiotic tablets.
avoid spicy food and junk food.

THIS CAN BE OUT OF A PINCHED NERVE IN THE NECK ASSOCIATED WITH ACID REFLUX.
GET GI ENDOSCOPY DONE ALONG WITH MRI OF NECK.
