    I recommend you do an MRI scan to confirm

    this can be due to cervical slipped disc.
    get a MRI of cervical spine done.
    Use cervical collar.
    neck exercises will help.
    avoid lifting heavy weight.

    a pinched C4-5 nerve root can cause this.
    get a cervical MRI done .
    cervical traction,short wave diathermy can help.
    LASER is also known to show good results.
