  1. Hi and welcome to question doctors.com
That probably is sebaceous cyst ..it is tender to touch and harmless unless started to increase in size … You can see a dermatologist…

  2. hi
it seems to be a enlarged lymph node. This can be secondary to any throat, ear, nose or chest infection.Apply local cream and anti inflammatory tablets .Antibiotics should be started if there are no signs of improvement.
    Thanks

  3. HI
THE SWELLING APPEARS TO BE MORE OF A SEBACEOUS CYST OR A INFECTED LYMPH NODE.ALTHOUGH,A BOIL OR A FURUNCLE NEEDS CONSIDERATION. IF IT IS PAINFUL,THEN IT DEFINITELY HAS SOME AMOUNT OF INFLAMMATION IN IT. DO NOT RUB IT OR PRESS IT AS THIS MAY INCREASE THE SIZE. FIBRINOLYTIC ENZYMES WILL HELP IT TO DISSOLVE.

  4. hello there
most probably it is a enlarged lymph gland. This is quite common at this age and indicates a recent infection. In majority of cases, it will resolve on its own. If it doesnt respond to any treatment, then lymph node biopsy is recommended
